Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any defect in the manufacture of a product, you have 30 days from receipt of an order to return products purchased at Stain on America Mint. We will issue a full refund for the price of the product, plus any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to an error caused by Stain on America Mint. Exceptions for returns are noted below.

Items received at our returns processing center after 30 days from receipt of your order are not returnable.
Worn or damaged merchandise is not returnable. If the product was damaged during shipment please contact customer service at (912) 275-5334 or via email to: email@example.com.
All original packaging must be included when returning a product. This includes instruction manuals, warranty cards and certificates.
Enclose a copy of the packing slip with your return. If you do not have a copy of the packing slip please notify customer service at (912) 275-5334 or via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders cancelled before shipment is made shall be refunded. All orders cancelled after shipment shall be subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee plus the amount of actual shipping charges incurred by Stain on America Mint.

For your protection we ask that you insure the returned items for the full amount and/or select a trackable shipping method. Stain on America Mint is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.
Our return centers are unable to process exchanges. If you found another item you would prefer over the item you received, please place a separate order for the new item.
